I have owned 3 Frontiers since 2005 - my current version is the 2022 Crew Cab - and I've loved them all. All have had the factory spray on bed liner/protector and utilitrack system and I've never had any problems with either. So now my question:
I'm thinking of adding a bed mat on this one, not to protect the bed, but to keep stuff from sliding around so much. I think it will serve that purpose, but just wanted to ask if anyone has tried having a bed mat on top of the spray on bed liner; and if so, have there been any problems, or any other observations you can advise?
Note that my 2022 Frontier doesn't have the utilitrack rails in the bed floor (both my previous ones did). I never found them of any use, so I don't think I'll miss them; but even if I did have them, I don't think I'd mind covering them up with a bed mat - they're usually easy enough to remove anyway.
Any advice/observations are appreciated!
