Talked to a fellow at the GMC dealer yesterday.  Up until Dec 31, he had worked for the local Nissan dealer.  He said that they had probably done about ten tranny/radiator fixes.  All years through 2010 have shown the problem. I asked if it correlated to folks not changing the coolant and he said no, just a defective part.  Since a 2010 was involved, I'd say Nissan has still not corrected the problem!
