I have a 2 month old Frontier LE and delivered a TV to the dump the other
day. When I got home I noticed a small chip down to the paint. I am
concerned about rusting..it is about 1/8" in diameter. Should this be
covered by the warranty? If not, how do I find out what manufacturer the
factory uses to install the bed liner? What other options are there to fix this
without spending a bunch of cash?

My motorcycle ramp created a crack in the front of my slide in bed liner on my 08, service manager said no problem, ordered me a new one. (Helps that I work at the dealership). Check your owners manual, should explain coverage in there for the spray in bed liner.
