My 99 Nissan frontier has 215/65R15 tires, Can I replace with 215/70R15? What is the difference between 65 and 75 series tire?

The difference would be the aspect ratio, from 65 to 70.
Basically the 70 series tire will be a big chunkier, as the sidewall will be bigger. You may notice a softer ride. Aspect ratio is the relation of the sidewall height to the width of the tire.
