primered comes with the base primer that paint goes over. Usually it's black but still has to be scuffed to have paint stick to it.
Raw is without the primer at all and is just the material it is made out of. On 04 I believe those were a plastic. I would go with the primered as some plastic primers can be expensive to have laid on by a body shop. Companies can charge less to do it because they buy in bulk.
oh, and I can tell you after supervising a body shop... not all paint colors are the same, and even matched paints can have problems. Heavy metallic paints are really prone to this. The metallic flakes they use make it such a PITA to have it blend right. This stems from the fact that the body shop's mixture isn't exactly the same as the factory's, and isn't sprayed at the factory's rate from the gun.
