..

Gaining access to the Frontier Forum has been hit and miss the past month or so. Half the time I and others can not get on to read or  post.    I’m guessing it’s a server problem. I hope the problem will be fixed soon. Should the Frontier Forum die I’ve set up a free-be site for those of us that might want to hook up again. You can join now but please only use it if this forum dies!

Don, real shame about this.  I love this site and would hate to see it go away!  Can something be done?  Different server?  Different somthing to get around this?

I really hope the site gets its problems fixed. This site is cool. Lots of info, very little drama!

Yeah this is a PITA  every time I  post I get an error message. I hit refresh and it says Spamming isn't allowed and post didn't go through, even though it did.

I am very glad to hear this.  I find this site to be very informative with some good discussion at a level beyond "Hey, think I oughta get some fuzzy dice for the inside of my Frontier?" that I see on other sites.  Thank you in advance for your kind effort.  I look forward to the migration and enhancements.  Good luck!

The site is working better for me.  I have fewer incidents of not being able to log on and the speed of entering the site has definitely improved.  THANK YOU!!!

..

I could not get on the forum during the weekend - May 9 & 10 in five trys wasting over an hour.

Got the following massage twice;

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'

Script timed out

/forum_topics.asp

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..
