Danny, use Mobil 1 75W-90 in your C-200 axle. I have one and that is what I use. Take the fill plug out before the drain plug just to make sure you can add fluid after draining. The fill plug takes a gary silicone goop to seal it. I used Teflon tape on the drain plug but you could use the gray goop as well. The front diff and transfer cases on 4 wheel drive have those once and done washers. I assume your 2 wheel drive rear is the same as my 4 wheel drive rear. They are both C-200.
Since there are plugs, you don't need to remove the diff cover like in a Chevy 10 bolt rear to drain it. Our axles use an RTV instead of a gasket, btw. Crawl under and find both the drain plug (very bottom of the diff) and the fill plug midway up on the cover).
