The EPA estimates on the S/C or the SVE badged Frontiers in the years they were supercharged is only slightly lower than the naturally aspirated VG33E. If you check www.nissanhelp.com it wil also give you a lot of information for the different trims of the Frontier for these years up to current models. IIRC, the S/C, and SVE models (SVE, being a supercharged value edition model) was rated at 14-15/and 19-20 for city/highway respectively, and the non-supercharged motor's were rated at 16/20. I could be off slightly, but that site will help you as far as those rating. Dannyg is correct in that you would be "forced" to use premium fuel, or 91 octane as anything lower than that and you risk damaging the knock sensor I believe.
I would refine searches by S/C or SVE if you can in the model name. Also to see the difference if it has pics of the engine, the intake manifold would definitely be diff and you will see the blower on top the motor. This is a pic of a newer frontier with a charger on it (aftermarket) but it will look similar on the older frontiers (the charger that is), it is the silver thing on top of the engine in the picture, you can click on the picture to enlarge it. https://www.4x4parts.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=367_ 433&products_id=4511
hope that helps.
