I just took delivery of my new '08 CC 4x4 LWB SE. My question is, does it have, or, can I get a limited or locking rear end? I know there is an option in the off road package, and I know it has ABSL. Where can I get the parts and what are the costs?

i believe the se like mine has a limited slip not a locking. only the nismo has the locking.

Thanks, chris, for the reply. I know it is easy to find out by jacking up the rear, I just haven't gotten to it yet. When I do, I will post my findings so all of us will know.

I am surprized there is very little information available regarding technical specifications. Or, have I just not fould them yet ??????

I`VE got an 06 rember posi and lsd is the same just that GM back in the 60s used the term posi and stuck
whene one tire slips than the other catchs and than one spins its called an open and always will be unelse u swap in a lsd or a locker. BY the way my budby has an 05 NISMO with the locker he`s had atleast 3 broken rear ends from it staying half locked and beating the crap out of the bearings
