I was wondering the same thing. So far no joy. Although the spacers and
shackles are pretty easy to make, that was what I was considering.

I'm from Canada as well, and I was wondering if anyone could give me prices on Bilstein shocks, and a skid plate as I only have an SE and I'd like to upgrade it.

depends on the style of skidplate you wanted. First try the oem from the
place you bought your truck. Next try any of the talked about vendors for
frontier parts. Shrockworks makes killer armour. Ac does as well.
