Hi

I'm thinking of buying a Navara (that's what the Frontier is called in Europe) and did a test ride, but... the truck handles like a dream, enough power etc, but the seats just, suck... If I dive into a curve I slide from the left to the right side of the cabin, and they provide NO side support whatsoever.

So, can they be relpaced with decent seas, I was thinking about nice Sparco Evo seats (like in the Dakar rally trucks).

Anyone did this, do you need to modify the chassis or is it a bolt on solution?

Welcome to the Frontier group!

... Due to a back problem I reshaped the seatback in my '99 Frontier. I pulled the seat cover up 3/4 ths of the way from the bottom then with a very large very sharp bowie knife removed some of the foam. Now it is comfy and the wife even likes it.

BTW.. The bowie knife is way much larger than the one Crocodile Dundee was so proud of. But every thing is bigger in Texas!

I am curious, does the Navara have different seats than the Fronty? I like my
seats...very comfy...
