I have only found 2 exhaust systems for my 02 CC/LB V6, Calmini and Gibson. Does anyone know of anyone else who offers an exhaust for my Fronty? If not please give me some feedback on these 2 if you have it.

Cat backs are complete waste of money if you ask me. My suggestion is to have to buy a muffler you want to hear, buy a tip or tips (depending upon if you want duals) And buy 2.5" piping.
You'll spend a good $200-$300 less than you would on a cat back. I have a Ravin on both my Maxima, and my Frontier. Sounds great. The series I got for my frontier is kind of quiet though. It's still noticable, and has a beautiful tone. But it's not annoying either.
www.goravin.com click on sounds, and I have a feeling the Blazer will sound the most like your frontier. That's about what my Maxima sounds like. They don't have anything that sounds like my Frontier though. My exhaust is just a little quieter than what they have posted for sound clips.

I agree with kcidmil.
You can spend hundres less on a custom built exhaust system over the Gibson or Calmini. I installed the Magnoflow straight through design muffler on my S/C Frontier. This Magnaflow muffler has a single 2.5" inlet and dual 2.1/4" outlets. I enlarged the downflow extension pipe from the exhaust manifold to the new muffler and ran dual 2.1/4" tail pies out and behind the rear wheels with 3" manaflow polished performance tips. the whole system cost impact was $350.00 total.

Thos tips look nice too. I need to get a new one on mine. SD puts a lot of salt on the roads, so it has rust spots. It did project my tone really well though. 3"x12" tip. Sucker is pretty big.

Thanks fellas. I am not replacing the exhaust to get the noise, I have to replace it due to corrosion. I figured if I am going to replace it I might as well try to get some performance out of it as well.

Good way to do it. That's what I'm doing with my Maxima at this point. Gave me a good reason to install Brembo slots on my car.

Thats the best part about the system I installed on my truck is that it is not loud at all. With stock/factory exhaust manifolds, a JW Technologies Pop-charger intake filter, forced air ram from the hood scoop to the filter and the Magnaflow (straight through) single 2.5" inlet and dual 2.1/4" outlets the exhaust is very quite. The performance tips on the ends of the tail pipes help create a deeper better sounding tone to the exhaust, not louder.
You really won't achieve any real performance gains (more than 10hp) from installing only a different muffler to your stock exhaust system. However, I do know that the stock/oem muffler on the 01 - 04 Frontiers are very restrictive. You will need to increase the air intake as well as keeping the air flow to the intake at cooler temperatures with a modified exhaust to gain any noticable hp benefit or torque gains. And even if you do improve performance, most likely your gas mileage will either stay the same or actually even decrease not very long afterwards...

I can agree with the restrictive part for the muffler. I noticed a huge difference when I had the Ravin Installed

I'm not sure what is meant by spending hundreds less on an exhaust system that is pieced together over a cat back system. Supercharger 1 put together what looks like a pretty nice system for $350.00. Summit Racing sells a Gibson cat back system for the Nissan Frontier for $267.99. With free shipping and $8.95 handling, that sounds like a pretty good deal to me. I'm getting ready to order this system for my truck this week. If it's anything like the Gibson system my father-in-law and I installed on his Dodge Ram 7 years ago, I'm expecting an aggressive, mellow, not overly loud sound; better power, and increased fuel mileage. With gas prices the way they are getting now, I'm open to any suggestions for what else to do to increase fuel efficiency since I'm currently putting over 3500 miles a month on my Frontier!
