A NISSAN DEALER CANT TURN IT OFF, IT IS NOT A REPROGRAMMABLE FEATURE FOR NISSAN OR REALLY ANY OTHER MANUFACTURERS DEALER NETWORK. WE ONLY GET DOWNLOADS FROM THE FACTORY IN NEW SOFTWARE FORMATS. THIS HAS TO BE CHANGED BY AFTERMARKET REPROGRAMMERS LIKE STILLAN, JIM WOLF, ETC.. AND IT WONT NECCESSARILY VOID YOUR WARRANTY UNLESS THE MODIFICATION ACTUALLY CAUSES THE FAILURE AND CAN BE PROVED BY THE MANUFACTURER. iE ADDING NOS AND BLOWING UP THE DRIVE TRAIN, PROBOBLY BE A OPPS, COLD AIR INTAKE, CAT BACK EXHUAST, ETC THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TOUCH. WOULD YOU AS A MANUFACTURER WANT IT TO GET OUT THAT A OWNER UPPED THE POWER A LITTLE AND YOUR ENGINE CAME APART? WOULD NOT SAY MUCH FOR THE RELIABLITY OF EVEN STOCK STUFF DESIGNED TO GO 200K. TAKE A 300ZX TWIN TURBO THAT CAN BE PUSHED TO OVER 750 HP ON THE STOCK SHORT BLOCK NOW WITH BIG TURBOS, CAMS, HEAD, INTAKE EXHUAST MODS ETC. NOW IF SUPPLIERS WOULD ONLY HURRY UP A BUILD HI PO STUFF FOR MY 4 DOOR 05 NISMO THEN I COULD GO FASTER TOO!!!
