Hi guys, this is my first post on here.

I've been reading through the other posts and elsewhere on the internet but I can find a cat back kit that will bolt on for my truck. Everything seems to be made for the crew cab, not the king cab. I'm looking for the obvious performance gains but without the ricy sound.

I've found a kit, the gibson, but it's sound doesn't suit me. I really like the flowmasters that I've heard, but they don't have a full kit. For me to get someone to make some mandrel bends on 2.5 or 3" would cost me a fortune compared to a bolt on.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks for the assistance!

Thanks for the reply Danny. I called banks and they told me that they currently don't have the monster for the KC. That's what the engineer on the phone told me. Maybe I'll try back again and see if they change their story.

Thanks Danny. Right now my truck is all stock, I have the Volant CAI otw. So if the stock exhaust is bent with SS then yes, you would know better than I ;)

I called the engineer again at Banks. The CC monster kit can be made to fit but the hangers and bracket don't line up meaning that you must weld to fit. I asked him about a future KC application which he said might come in 09`. I think I'm going to head to the local shop and see what it would cost cat back to do up a custom job with a flowmaster 40 series.

On that note, what diameter should I go with? What inlet and outlet location? I know if I go too big I lose too much back pressure and hurt performance. The banks kit is a full 3" so should I go with the 3" Flowmaster. The flowmaster comes in 2.25-3" I think. Anyone experienced with this application that could give me their honest $.02? What series flowmaster 40, the delta, thunder ect... I heard a few clips on Youtube and it doesn't sound too ricey which I like.

Thanks for your help.
