thank-you! someone else finally saw through the smoke and advertising! In
reality, all these cais are just mass air intakes. There is more flow, not colder
flow. Besides, if colder was the way togo than I should be doing wheelies in
the winters here in canada. I'd say that -35 C is pretty cold, and no cai can
match that. The only true cai would be a snorkel.

She starts fine, barely even slows down.  Keep in mind that Nissan has a cnadian package which includes engine bay insulation and high torque starters.  I plug it in cause I care about it and power is free where I am living right now.  I try to baby my baby.  We had a week or two that saw -50 with wind chill and i went out to sart it every five hours while at work cause I couldn't plug it in, no problems.  She complained when she was running for a minute or two, but it turned over really fast and fires without hesitation.
