I am looking at getting a folding hard tonneau cover for my 07 Frontier.  I have the utilitrack system and most covers don't look like they will work.  Does anyone have any recommendations on what works?

I don't know about the utilitrack system, if you try looking on the net for some covers and input your vehicle make, model, year.....when it pulls up results for the tonneaus that will fit...see if it has notes that indicate whether or not the utilitrack system will be an issue. Or as that might be useless to you because you have already done so, another option would be to shell out the big bucks (don't know how much the prices compares to aftermarket covers) for Nissan's hard cover, do they have a folding option as well? For some reason I thought I saw it one on their website. I would think that they would have one made that didn't interfere with the utilitrack.

Thanks,  I believe that Nissan doesn't carry the hard cover any more.  I will look for the Utilitrack option though.

Check the above link.  Lots'a options, most that won't interfer with the Utilitrack system.

Another distributor with quality products is 'Leer'

Hi - I just ordered a cover from BakFlip and got it today.  I hope to install it this weekend.  I'll let you know how it goes.

I installed the BakFlip cover referenced above.  It was very easy to install with one person.  About 1/2 hour max.  I'm pretty happy with it so far and I think this or any toneau cover adds a finished look to the truck.   The rubber seal along the outside top was a little roughed up in one spot probably from rough shipping, but I don't think I'll bother to send it back.  It rained pretty hard off and on since installing and only small leaks at the downhill corners.  There is a way to divert the small amount of water that drains to the front corners using a tube, but not the rear corners, although I think I could come up with something.   Very easy to fold up - you can fold it part way or just fold the whole thing flat against the back window of the truck, taking up almost no bed space when needed.  It also latches and provides a moderate level of security if you lock the tailgate (you open the tail gate first and then unlatch the cover from the inside - no extra keys).   The lockable element was important as I was tired of piling up the backseats with stuff that I didn't want stolen or wet.

I installed an UnderCover brand hard tonneau on my 07 Frontier.  I locks, keeps the weather out, and easily removes for garage storage if I need the whole bed.  I installs over the ultility trac feature, so the bed extender can still be used.  Let me know, and I'll post a picture for you.

I have a 05 Frontier and installed a Fold a Cover. It was easy to install with the utili-track in place.  It performs as advertised, quite versatile.

I installed the Bakflip on an 07 Frontier extended cab.. I like the looks but found the locking sysyem flawed.. First only  a small part of the latching bar ever is locked making the cover vulnerable to prying open. But you really don't even need to pry it to get it open.. Just grab the cover at the first fold behind the tailgate and push to the side while lifting up and it pops open.. I have written to the manufacturer about this but have not yet got a reply.. Since I live and work in a big city I don't want to trust anything valuable in this area until it is more secure..
