Frontyfan;
Nice Post... I agree... Thanks
Eaglevu;
... I cranked up the front bars 5/8th and added one inch blocks to the rear and removed the rear bumper for added clearance. Built up a hitch to protect the rear. Later I installed BFG 31x10.50x 15s . My Tire wear has been excelent but it may not apply to other Frontiers!.
... My Frontier has done Black Bear, Imogene, Engineer, Stony & The Lost Trail, Ophir, Hurricane, Corkscrew, California, and Cinnamon Passes. I would not do Poughkeepsie Gulch it would be sure to get sheet metal damage. But there are many other passes and trails it could do like Red Cone, Webster, Taylor and Pearl.
It is higher in the rear but that's where you need clearance.
Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..
