Looking for a 4" raised fiberglass canopy for CrewCab long bed...

=> Leer claims there are no raised ones to fit right now. They make a one (Leer 180) for the the KingCab long box, but say it won't work because the lines at the back of the cab differ. They look the same to me! Does anyone have one installed?

=> Arrow's Mark 2 cap is rased at the back and cab level at tht front? Anyone using it?

=> Other manufacturers to look at?
