I have the same lift kit on my 05 Nissan Frontier.
Daystar accidentally
sent me a brand new one when I had a missing bolt in my
kit. So they
sent me my bolt and a whole kit that hasn't been touched.

Sell Price: $100

Retail price is $200 but I will sell for $100 or best
offer.
