Hey what type of jack do you all use to go off roading? I never had an incident yet that I needed to yank a tire off.  I just want to be prepared because I know that weak little jack will not do me any justice out in the desert or rocky surface. All I do is light off roading nothing big.

..

stang702;

I carry a screw scissor jack because it’s low and a hydraulic bottle jack plus a bunch of wooden blocks. You can lift the body then lift the axle. The high lift jacks are nice and can be used as a come-along but you need to to rig up things to hook them to on these modern trucks.

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..

Why is it that the politicians in D.C. are the only ones that don’t know there are better things to make Ethanol out of than corn?…  Answer… They know! They know! Guess why they don’t correct the problem.

I have always been a fan of the Hi-Lift jacks.

Like lakota mentioned it is a bit difficult to lift the Fronty with it. If you have
rocker guards then you have a great jack point.

Can't go wrong with a Hi-Lift Jack

I think the High Lift Jack is the best offroad jack on the market. Like someone else said it can be used as a come-along. They will cost you, but they have lots of cool add-ons. for instance you can buy diffrent types of bases, for diffrent terrain.... over all...... Hi-Lift
