Hi, I am the original owner of a 2008 Frontier V6. I noticed today
when changing the oil that the passenger side frame looked like it
had antifreeze splatter on it. it is the inlet/outlet pipe closer to the
passenger fender (outside hose).Looks like I have small leak on the
plastic adapter which connects the heater hose from the engine to
the heater core? This plastic adapter looks to be half inch pipe. I
have 129K miles on it. All else is well with truck.
Is this a known problem? I added 16 ounces of antifreeze.
Thanks,
David Brady
