I GOT A P1444 CODE FOR PURGE VOLUME SOLENOID VALVE. I
CHECKED POWER TO THE SOLENOID, 11.8 VOLTS. I PUT 12 VOLTS
ACROSS THE SOLENOID WITH VACUUM ON IT, THE VALVE OPENED.
EVERYTHING SEMMS TO BE CORRECT BUT THE CODE KEEPS COMING
UP. COULD A VALVE TEST OUT THE WAY I DESCRIBED AND STILL
BE BAD, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT WOULD THROW THAT CODE.
DON'T FEEL LIKE DROPPING 116$ ON A VALVE THAT AIN'T BROKE.
ANY IDEAS????????
