my AC fan used to work fine,
today I don't feel anything
coming out on position 1, I had to move
up to position 2 or 3 to get any cold air.
how do you fix that?

The first things that come to mind are the A/C system needs service or the cabin air filter needs to clean the rats nest out of it...
