I'm not sure if this post belongs in the section or not; I recently replaced
my factory 15" wheels with a set of 17"s i wrapped them with a set of
265/70/17 General Grabber AT2's which every tire calculator and
measurement showed to be a 31.6" tire, I had ran a set of 31" khumo
road venture mt no problem previously. I cranked my torsion bars and
hand a front end alignment in preparation for slightly larger tires; these
tires are taller than my buddies 33" BFG AT's. Any direction would be
greatly appreciated.

Ive got a 2003 Nissan Frontier 3.3L NA, flowmaster exhaust k&n drop
in filter. It's not as much my daily driver anymore and it doesn't see
much bad weather or terrain.

It would seem you'd need a lot more lift than cranking the T-Bars for 33" tires.

Good Luck.. Don S..

I had no intention to have 33"s, i ran the numbers on a tire size
calculator site, and it read a 31.6, which would fit without issue. But
when mounted the size out to be taller than a 33". This I suppose is due
to the increased wheel diameter?
