I finally got my truck running and now i have another problem. When i go to start it, it starts and idles at about 2000 RPMs, then after a while it drops to 750, which i'm guessing is normal because of the engine being cold. I put it in drive and go up my road, it doesn't want to get full power. I can put the pedal to the floor and it would stay at 2000 RPMs and go no faster than 15-19 MPH. Drive, reverse, etc works fine. So when i park it, and open the hood, remove the oil cap, smoke comes out. Any ideas?
Update : I looked at the oil cap and saw that there was moisture in it, and it looks like a yellowish gunk.

It sounds like a MAFS concern. Are you using a GENUINE
NISSAN OIL IMPREGNATED AIR FILTER??? Some moisture is
normal , especially after a short distance, but if you are
loosing coolant , I would suspect a head gasket or intake
gasket.

Yes i am using an air filter bought from Nissan. No coolant is being lost, Engine temperature is always good. I suspected that it was just moisture, a friend of mine said since i'm riding short distances, i should see it.
When my truck was sitting for awhile, the gas tank had water in. I should say, ALOT of water, and junk in it. I tried starting it with the water in the fuel system, but after i solved the gas tank problem, and the fuel system, i was wondering maybe water was still in the fuel rail? something along the lines of that maybe.
I don't understand what it could be. Can't be an exhaust restriction, fuel system, head gasket. and it sure isn't a intake gasket. When we replaced the injectors, we replaced the intake gasket.
