Hi guys. I have a bit of an odd issue. Everytime I apply the brakes at medium to low speed (like when pulling up to a stop light) I get this creaking sound from the front end, sounds like left tire. Kinda like a bed spring creaking noise in a seesaw motion. If I brake hard it isn't audible. This also only happens when I brake, never does it any other time.
I've looked around and people have suggested tie-rod ends or wheel bearings. One person also suggested this could be brake caliper pins.
Anyway it doesn't really seem to be getting worse and I have to leave town next wednesday so I'm hoping I can fix it before I have to leave. I'm going to try getting my tires rotated, though I doubt thats the issue.
Also, anyone have a good recommendation for a lubricant like WD-40? or is WD-40 fine to use?
