Yes my 07 is doin the same. No stalls but when temp gets in 20s truns over no start Dealer told of a recall on entire box but got to expensive so now its just the 2 dollar ecm relay. Did it this morn and it warmed up outside while at work got home and it started fine. ive replaced ecm relay three times third time it doesnt work my mechanic replaces two relays and a fuse, fine for a while then last night in 20s and wont start this morn. Seems to happen when bitter cold meaning in the 20s if you live in memphis.

Nissan ECM Relay Voluntary Safety Recall
Nissan is conducting a voluntary safety recall to replace
the ECM Relay for certain MY 2004 - 2006 Armada, Titan,
Frontier, Pathfinder, and Xterra vehicles. Nissan recently
discovered that on some of the potentially affected
vehicles, the ECM relay may allow silicon vapor to form.
Over time, this oxidation may lead to engine performance
issues, including the possibility of stalling at low engine
speeds.

2008 Frontier with the same problem. Below 10 degrees F after 24 hours starter ran fine but would not start. After temperature rose above 20 degrees started fine. I talked with a Nissan service manager and he said it sounded like a bad battery. (Had my doubts) because the battery was only 18 months old and measured 12.8 volts and was charging at 14.2 volts. He said that if the voltage dropped below 10 volts the fuel would not turn on. Had the problem yesterday morning. Checked the voltage while starting and it dropped to 8.5 volts. I put in new battery within 30 minutes temperature was still 0 degrees F. Truck started immediately. I will have to test again in the morning to be sure. I did not have time to check the voltage drop before it started. The old battery was a Bosch 640 amps. Installed a 740 amp. Kudos to the service manager if this fixes it.

Update on cold starting issue. I can't believe I did the following as cold as it was but I wanted to test the problem. Next day 2 degrees F truck started good with new battery. I turned of immediately and used pass key to run starter to test voltage. The lowest was 12.4 while starter was running. I put the old battery back on. I had it charged and tested the day before after replacing it and was told it was a good battery. I had set the battery outside in the back floor board of the truck overnight. The truck would only crank but not start. The voltage again was 8.7. Put the new battery back on and it started. To clarify about the voltage, I was reading voltage with a SCANGUAGE computer(great aftermarket computer) plugged into the DBII and not at the battery. Can't be in two places at once.
The starter was cranking like it was any other time. I am really not totally convinced it is the battery but it took care of the problem at that time. I am no longer in that cold climate so I cannot do further test. I wanted to test the voltage at the battery terminals and the controls system at the same time when the temperature is low but can't now. I would love to know because I feel there is still a design electrical problem for the controls during cold temperature. Anyway I do really like the truck. Lots of extras and handles great. Apologize for the long text.
