Sometime soon after I installed a new battery in my 2000 V6 2WD, the electronic door locks, windows, and interior light stopped working. I checked all the fuses on the dash, and found only the cigarette lighter fuse to be blown (I haven't used it in months, so it's probably unrelated). I replaced that fuse, and it did nothing for the problem. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate the help! Is there another set of fuses that would control these electrical devices? Thanks! -Brian

I did have a similiar issue in my 94 pathfinder V6.
My AC would not go on, but the blower would. The door lights and cigarette ligher did not work either (I used it to pump a bike tire with my 12V compressor and it did not work). It was the fuse.
Sounds like you may have a kink or short on the wiring between the body of the vehicle and the door (wires by the door hinges).
Did you check the fuses in the fuse block under the hood?
Also check the connections on the positive battery
terminal, and some vehicles have fusible links off the + battery cable.

Thanks, D. It turned out to be the 40A fuse under the hood- I feel like a fool for not checking there. Glad it was something simple this time. The truck has been a great one- hope it holds on for a few more years. Thank you for the quick reply and sound advice. Now hopefully the "service engine soon" light will go out once I change the oil!

I have a similar issue. But doors and windows work. No interior lights. Which fuse did you replace? None of them or manuals refer to "Interior lights". Visual inspection they are all good?
Any help please.

Did you check both fuses, the ones under the dash and under the hood?
Any chance either the light is out or the door switch is sticking?

I had that same issue with my 94 pathfinder, ended up being the cigarette fuse under the dash, I just went ahead and replaced it.
What vehicle are you referrnig to? year/model?
