what I`VE heard is that the front end from a titan will fit on a frontier and give about 2in of clearance

I just lifted my 05 CC 2 1/2" and the 285/75/16 tires I wanted to put on it didn't fit. (They rubbed inside the wheel wells) With a 2" gain in clearance, I can't imagine you could fit 305's under your truck???

No, I got new rims and BFG all terrains. There are very few rims that will work with the frontier according to America's Tire. I still got 16's, but only a few models would work with my truck. I did not have to remove/trim any valance, but with larger tires than the 265/75/16's I'm sure you would have to.
