My 05 NISMO no longer blows it's horn to let me know the truck is locked, the horn blows any other time, but not when I lock it, I have checked to see that all the doors are ok and not causing a blockage for the sensors, still no horn.  Any solutions?

Look in your owner's manual.  It discusses this and how to set the horn to blow.
