I have an 03 frontier xe and just the other day I took it into the dealership for a new timing belt and a regular tuneup.  Today as I am driving home I decide to turn on the a/c only to find it not working.  So when I got home I messed with it a litle bit and discoverd that when I turn on the a/c that the clucth on the pump is not turning on.  Does any one have any idea what would cause this?

They may have forgot to plug the A/C pump wire back together. Check out the picture.
