Maybe a silly question, but here goes..

Need to change my right tail light bulb. Owner's manual says remove two screws and light assembly pulls out. I can see the screws, but the bed liner does not allow access to remove them. Do I have to remove the bed liner to change the light?

yeah pretty much. Or a possibilty is to lay down, and try reaching up into the bed area, but I can't remember if there was a place to access, as well as enough room to remove the bulb.

No, Just pull it out of the way. I was able to get both of mine out and
replace them with aftermarket tail lights. You just have to get your hand
down in there with a small socket wrench. The liner will go back to it's
original shape when it warms up.
