I ran my 2008 Nissan Frontier 4.0 L. automatic through some mud puddles today, now it will not accelerate, on pressing gas it jerks severely.  When pressing gas in neutral, engine does not rev.

Also- since I bought the truck havent been pleased with shift between 1st and 2nd, is often not smooth.

I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences, and how dealer addressed the problem.

Thanks much in advance.

Tom
