Well first off... it's not the salesman's fault that it gets rough on the concrete highway. He wasn't the assembly man, or the engineer that designed it.
Secondly... working towards a "Lemon" car would have been a better idea. Research what it takes for a vehicle to be determined a lemon in the state of Colorado. Usually most states go by the fact a vehicle has to be returned 6 times or so in a 30 day period, while brand new has a anywhere to a year. But again, check your state law.
You're going to have a majorly hard time with it now. Dealers do occasionaly talk to each other. And you going out a writting a bad review for no reason does get noticed and talked about. The dealership probably now feels it's easier to ignore and be done with you.
Take it to another dealership, and keep taking it back till the problem is fixed, or Nissan finally acknowledges there's a problem.
