Had to change out a tire on my '07 LE crew cab 4X4 and am waiting for a replacement tire.

In the mean time, the tire pressure monitoring system warning light is staying on with intervals of blinking. I realize that should quit when the original tire/setup is replaced but it is very annoying.

Can anyone tell me how to reset/turn off the TPMS warning light? (tried a search first, not in owners manual, either)

Thank you.

bassman-dan;

Temporarily you might just put a piece of black electrical tape over it. Works for me!

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..

From my dealer: run all tires at 35 psi or run nitrogen, the tpms doesn't register with it...

Best of luck

  35psi is the recommended pressure so why would the TPS system not register. Running nitrogen shouldn't make a difference as it gas is gas.
