Well, for the first time I had some issues at the dealership.  I took my truck in for some complaints that I have been making a list of.  I got some of them fixed, am waiting on parts for others and some parts I was told I am just out of warranty on.  I was agravated, but I guess I have to see both sides of the line.  I will post what my complaint was and what Nissans answer was.

A - Customer states the center console wont open - Nissan says cant duplicate

B - Customer states that when it is cold and wet outside there is a chirping noise under the hood - Nissan replaced per NTB06-072 the belt and tensioner

C - Customer states that there is a popping/clunking noise in the front end while in four wheel drive - Nissan states could not duplicate

D - Customer states brakes squeek all the time - Nissan says brakes ordered per NTB06-037C and will reschedule and appointment

E - Customer states the lining pad on tailgate it loose and coming off - Nissan states out of warranty due to something being rolled or dragged across it

F - Customer states when the bed is partially or fully loaded there is a creaking noise in the back somewhere - Nissan states could not duplicate

G - Customer states the passenger side rear jump seat falls down - Nissan states could not duplicate

H - Customer states check alignment - Nissan states cam bolt will have to replaced TSB only covers if Nissan performs the alignment

I - Customer states bedliner is discolored and fading - Nissan states out of warranty

J - Customer states passenger side front window has a skip in it when rolling down and up - Nissan states regulator ordered

K - Customer states knocking noise when cold outside and vehicle is between 2000 and 3000 RPMs - Nissan states no abnormal noise heard.

------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------I guess I will keep complaining about the ones they didn't fix and the ones they did will be a good score for me.   I just dont see how the bedliner is out of warranty - it is spray in btw - Oh well, I am still happy with it even though I gave them a piece of my mind.  The service over there used to be top notch, but it is slowly going down.  It goes back next week sometime for the rest of the work to be done.

Keep up the pressure until you get what you want, but it looks like they are
more or less taking care of you...I have heard of a lot worse treatment...

Yea overall they are.  It is just agravating knowing that little things like this are happening and they aren't real thrilled about it and keep trying to put it off.

Yeah, dealers are notorious for this, esp. when they can't "reproduce" the
problem....that always frustrates me so much....
