Has anyone experienced a stuck horn on the Frontier? I have a 98 XE . The horn will come on and stay on for no apparent reason. The horn relay is ok. It seems to be a "Ground" problem in the steering column.

could be a bad contact ring. Or horn button is bad and is grounding out.

I had a large iron/steel weight come loose inside the steering wheel. It was part of the air bag unit. It would tumble around and complete the circut for the horn. A loose screw or nut would do the same thing. Previous owner had very bad driving habits including the wreck before I got the truck. (he stuffed the tickets under the seat, they did not go away) The part came loose a few months after I got the truck. I followed the air bag warning info and removed the cover for the wheel, reglued the part and problem was solved.
