To see if the truck can be programed for remotes:

1 get in the truck

2 lock the door with the power lock button

3 insert and remove the key 10 times into the ignition cylinder (do not turn just in and out) Watch and see if the turn signal lights on the speedo blink. if they do than you can program remotes.

4 after the dash turn signals flash (with the correct remote for that year truck) hold lock and unlock button till the dash turn signals flash again.

5 unlock and lock doors and if you want another remote programed hold lock and unlock on that one if not open door and check remote operation.
