The 2005 December issue of 4Wheel Drive & Sport Utility magazine are available to purchase at your local news stand now!
The article for the Destination Xterra event coverage can be found under the "Adventures" topic in the magazine contents, and the article starts on page #52 under the title of; Destination Xterra Nissan Enthusiast Unite! and continues on thru to page #58.
You might want to keep your eye on the magazine's website too. While visiting the 4Wheel Drive & Sport Utility magazine's website over the past few months, I have also noticed that it offers some media coverage on their monthly issues via their website link as well, and you can go to the site http://4wdandsportutility.com/ for updates.
A big Congrats goes out to DX, SWXC and of course to all of us here at TNT too for a great joint event and I know I'm already looking forward to the 2006 next year DX event, maybe we can talk Jared (DX) and the SWXC into holding it just a little bit further south this time for our Huston, Austin and San Antonio (buds) members, maybe even somewhere like at Katemcy Rocks....But that's another time & story.
I want to take this time and thank all the sponsors who donated their time, support and contributions to the DX, SWXC and TNT clubs especially on the behalf of TNT and everyone who was there to 4x4Parts.com Automotive Customizers, we (TNT) couldn't have of done it without your generous donations http://www.4x4parts.com/public_html/shop/ Thank You Jane, Mike and everyone at AC!
As for the magazine writer's article it covers all the basic DX time line and plan of event tour as it reads into the DX/SWXC tour stop adventure here in the great lone star state. BMRA must have created some kind of impact to the writer's imagination as well reguarding the overall size of the OHV (Barnwell Mountain in Gilmer, TX) park and the extent of trails-playground area it has to offer to everyone due to it's notation in the magazine article. Of course the theme of the article was not only the DX event as much as it was about the Xterra's capabilities, and had also mentioned the people whom own these vehicles showing everybody just what the Xterra can do off-road who were present, including some really nice adventure article photographs too.
I do believe that we Nissan Enthusiast were even equally as imortant portrayed as it was discribed as caring and dedicated individuals who are actively involved in protection of the natural inviroment surroundings as well, inwhich that we all are.
So don't waste anymore time reading my 02 cents into it, go get your own copy of the 05 December issue of 4Wheel Drive Sport & Utility magazine and read it for yourself today!
Herk
