Lookind to replace the broken AM/FM/CD unit in my 2000 and i wanted to have as broad a search on ebay as possible for plug and play Nissan units. What years and features are available that fit? P.S. I don't like the look of aftermarket units since they are not usually flush and look like a shiny wart sticking out.

Also, do the door panels need to come off to replace the front and rear speakers on a CrewCab?

Thanks

It's absolutely possible to have aftermarket stereos flush mounted, and that look awesome!  In most cases you can buy brackets, bezels and wiring adaptors to make the job really easy, just bolt it together.

I put a Pioneer AVIC D3 in my 07 Fronty,  it looks excellent, completely flush, look great, sounds great.  Other units certainly can have the same result, it's pretty easy to do these days...

Now I have AM/FM/CD/Ipod/XM/NAV/DVD/BlueTooth/Backup Cam. The display colors were easy to match to the factory dash light color.
