I don't have pics yet, but I have an 04 and I put 2 6x9's in the back part of the cab. I just put them in their own boxes the laid them behind the driver and passenger seats. They don't move around much, it sounds great, and whenever I have to put something back there I left enough wire to each of them so I can move them to one side.
I did not do this with my factory stereo, I have a panasonic stereo. I think you could probably do it with the factory stereo, you would just have hook up the rear speakers to the radio.
