Has anyone installed an HD Radio in their truck?  I have the basic stereo, which is usually fine for me, however, I keep losing the stations I love due to corporate take-over type actions, as such, I am heavy on the CDs lately.  I know  of a few HD stations that are playing "commercial free" right now, but more importantly, playing the music I like.  So, does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't need superior sound, just a little HD channel selection.
