is the 2.4L engine in my 2001 frontier the same k24de in a 240sx? and if so can i use the aftermarket parts for the 240sx in my truck?

SOME parts can be used... but check out www.jimwolftechnology.com The cams are a little different. But the lower end is the same found in the 240sx.
