I want to replace the jack included with a trolley jack,
can anyone tell me what size I would need?

I have a 2014 SV, 4 door.

Sorry but I don't know what a trolley jack is...

I have on occasion carried a four ton floor jack with four wheels.

Good Luck.. Don S..

..

I'd only do one corner at a time and use a jack stand for safety before crawling under.

Take care.. Don S..

i do not plan to make any modifications to my truck.
just wondering if 2 ton is sufficient to raise the truck
long enough to change a tire.

I've used a 2 ton when I rotated my tire's, but I really think it is pushing it's limit's.

A 3 ton is what I would rather have, but for right now,, they are a little bit out of my budget.

I'm considering a 2.5 ton as they are a little bit cheaper than a 3 ton.

When on the side of the road though, I'm not so sure about a floor jack,, as when it is raised and lowered,, the jack has to roll on the wheel's to keep the jack centered, otherwise it may slip off.  Lot's of time's on the side of the road the surface is ruff or soft sand/gravel and might resist the need for the Floor Jack to roll and stay centered.  On the side of the road,, I think that a Scissor's type jack would be better or maybe a bottle jack.

It's been a while since I looked at the type jack that came with my frontier.  I guess I need to take a look.

When I'm rotateing the tire's, I also use jack stand's for safety.
