I have an 07 SE 4X4 and I don't trust service manuals...I think they're designed to support dealerships gouging the customer.  That said, does anyone have any advice on what's important to service by 60K?  To date I've stuck to oil changes, tire rotations and differential fluid replacement one time.  Any info would be appreciated!

If it were me, I'd change the transmission fluid immediately and maybe inspect the transfer case oil, although changing it isn't that hard or expensive.
On a side note, check you differential vent to ensure it's working properly.....mine was seized and replaced on my last service.

+1 to what Frontier guy says, especially the coolant.  Much as I like to do a lot of my own service (oil changes, diffs, transfer case, air filter, cabin filter, drain and refill tranny), I will only let the dealer do a coolant change because of the equipment required to get the air out of the system.

I use all syn fluids in the diffs, by the way, and Mobil 1 ATF in the transfer case.  Really helps in cold weather.
