For those of you planning to run LT tires on your Fronty, you need to read thie referenced site above.  I get questioned about LT tires a  lot and always tell people about the fact that LT tires REQUIRE much higher air pressure than P rated tires to carry the same load.

Look at the entire article and see the thermal image of an LT tire run at too low a pressure, one that would be normal for a P rated.

This is a potential safety issue, particularly at highway speeds.

I do recall getting new tires for my 94 pathfinder at one point (had a blow out) and needed tires ASAP, and found LT 235 75 15 and they rode much harder than P series tires, and yes they needed 15 more psi..
