I'm just about in the same boat.

1.  Change the fluids in the front and rear diffs.  75W-90 Syn in the rear and 80W-90 dino in the front.

2.  Change transfer case fluid with Nissan D ATF.

3.  Have the trans serviced and fluid drained and replaced per your dealers recommendations.

4.  Coolant flush and fill with Nissan coolant.

The first two you can do yourself but always remeber to take out the fill plugs before the drain plugs!  Have the deaqler do the other two.  Put a drop of oil on the door hinge pins and the hood hinges.  I think you should be good to go for another 30-40,000 miles.

The Coolant change and flush I definitely recommend.  It should be fine, but watch for signs of scale or rust.

A trans filter is also a good idea, and you check your fluid for metal as well. 

A fluid change for the diffs and transfer case is a good idea for signs of excessive wear, but could honestly be held off for another 30k.  But lately it seems like all manufacturers are having problems with diffs, so I would do it anyway.

My truck is also due for its 30K service.  I'm not as hands on like some of our other forum members, and plan on having the service done at the dealer.  I'm happy to say that I've have had good experiences with service from Nissan dealerships (Team Nissan in Marietta, GA and St. Charles (IL) Nissan).  Thanks for cutting through the "crap" as the maintenance schedule menus can be convoluted.
