Danny, use Mobil 1 75W-90 in your C-200 axle.  I have one and that is what I use.  Take the fill plug out before the drain plug just to make sure you can add fluid after draining.  The fill plug takes a gary silicone goop to seal it.  I used Teflon tape on the drain plug but you could use the gray goop as well.  The front diff and transfer cases on 4 wheel drive have those once and done washers.  I assume your 2 wheel drive rear is the same as my 4 wheel drive rear.  They are both C-200.

Since there are plugs, you don't need to remove the diff cover like in a Chevy 10 bolt rear to drain it.  Our axles use an RTV instead of a gasket, btw.  Crawl under and find both the drain plug (very bottom of the diff) and the fill plug midway up on the cover).

Yes, for the threads on the drain plug.  You'll need a 14 mm hex wrench for the fill plug and, I believe, a 10 mm hex for drain plug, by the way.  I keep them together in my tool chest with a zip tie so they are easy to find and use.

With the synthetic oil, at least with Amsoil, you get a 50,000 mile drain interval unless you're towing very frequently.  I'm using the heavier gear oil 75W-140 because of the weight of my boat, but it's working out fine.  No noise from that rear at all, and I have 85K on the truck.
