I replaced this part in about 2 1/2 hours and about $100 in parts. I used OEM parts from a discounter. You do need a lift and good instructions, which you can get from "alldata" or some thing like that. The dealer wanted $650 plus tax to do it.

Good deal!!!!! Sounds like the dealer was trying to rip you off BIG time. Just think how many customers they do rip off in a day! Scary stuff. Glad you made out OK.
