Short answer in no. The TPMS system is hooked into the CPU in the truck and is not a seperate plug n play type piece. It can't be unplugged. You might be able to disable it with a diagnostic computer.
I had trouble with mine initailly when I switched to a winter tire setup with a different set of OEM rims.
The dealer had to change the whole CPU. Still didn't get the light to go out. I tried to explain I had two sets of rims and the TPS worked with one and not the other but they still swapped out the CPU
I figure one of the sending units in the rims is baffed but I gave up on the dealer as I had to take it back three times after they changed the cpu to get them to turn on the auto light setting the DRL setting.
